We offer limited warranties for each product category.
Cast Aluminum - 10 Year Limited Warranty. If the furniture frame fails structurally within 10 years from the date of purchase we will replace the part, repair the frame or replace the entire item at our discretion. The powder finish coat is warranted for 3 years, including peeling or blistering.
Premium Extruded Aluminum - Heidt's 15 year limited warranty covers the aluminum frame and welds against structural failure or breakage on all furniture frames manufactured by Heidt for use in residential applications and maintained with normal care. All warranties are extended to the original purchaser only. The powder coated finish on the frames is warranted for 7 years against cracking, peeling or blistering under normal usage. During that time we will refinish the frame in the original colour
Wrought Iron - 5-Year Limited Warranty on frame/finish - residential use
Wicker - 3 Year Limited Warranty applicable to the woven and loom products. One-year warranty on cushions.
